More than a shop on the avenue
Tattoo Republic Mexico is a studio with over 18 years of experience in tattoos and piercings, with international artists proficient in most contemporary techniques. We work on 5a Avenida, in the centre of Playa del Carmen, seven days a week.
Most of the people who sit in our chairs are here on holiday. That shapes how we work: the idea is settled before you arrive, the drawing is approved before the machine starts, and the aftercare is written for a tropical climate.

If you are unsure what to get, our personalisation system makes choosing the design, the size and the placement easier.
Design
Choose the theme, the technique and the elements; the artist integrates them into one composition. You approve before anyone starts.
Application
Arrive 10 minutes early. Sterile, single-use needles and pigments of the highest quality, opened in front of you.
Aftercare
Wash gently 2 to 3 times a day for 10 days, moisturise often, and stay out of the sea and direct sun while it heals.
